A Three-Bike Blessing

You may recall that last August we raised $125 for a sewing machine for Agape Orphanage in Yangon, Myanmar, to replace an old one that had broken beyond repair. Because of gifts to the Orphan’s Tear Special Project Fund, Agape Orphanage now has a new machine and is once again making and mending clothes for the children.

Along with a sewing machine, we were also able to help Agape purchase three new bicycles. A few of the older kids had to walk over two hours to and from their high school each day. By reducing their travel time, these bicycles now give the children more time to study, do their chores, and play!

Hannah Soe, the director of Agape, sent these words to me with the photos: “Thank you so much for your kindness to the children. We never forget to pray for you. God bless you always.”

Indeed, thank you so much for being a blessing to these orphans!
