The staff members of Heaven’s Family are doing just that: through disciple-making movements, the distribution of life-saving aid, and service to the persecuted, vulnerable, and the victimized. Thanks to the prayers and support of our donors, we are able to strategically meet the needs of those our Lord refers to as “the least of these”1 and carry His message to those yet unreached.2 If you feel led to join us, please read on.
Staff members must be faithful stewards of the Lord’s resources. They must exhibit intentional excellence, as though their work is for the Lord – because it is.3
They must commit to biblical standards of conduct. They will need to show the love of Jesus to one-another, donors, and beneficiaries by “the fruit of the Spirit.”4
Staff members must affirm their Christian faith. They must communicate and collaborate with diverse contacts with Christlike wisdom, maturity, and integrity.

1.) Director of Advancement
The Director of Advancement will learn, evaluate, and enhance Heaven’s Family’s fundraising strategy, programs, projects, and activities for current effectiveness and future potential. 2.) Director of International Development
The Director of International Development will introduce international development expertise and practices into Heaven’s Family. This person will play an important role in refining and executing the vision, specifically through supporting disciple-making movements with development and relief practices. 3.) Digital Marketer and Website Manager
Heaven’s Family has an entry level opening for a full-time digital marketer and website manager in or near Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. This position will require a commitment to continuous learning, a desire to train in new technical skills, and a passion for technology and design. We seek a solutions-oriented, self-motivated professional. They must possess strong time management skills, excel at both independent and collaborative work, and be able to effectively troubleshoot technical issues.
