Hopeful Finding Relief…

21 Jan

Children “hopeful” of getting to the bathroom before it’s too late!

I couldn’t help but grin when I saw this photo from Hopeful Children’s Home in Yangon, Myanmar. Thankfully, this is a photo of Hopeful’s old toilet—one that, despite its dilapidated condition, had to be shared by all!

The photo below shows their “new and improved” facilities. As you can see, it’s a great upgrade from what they had before…and there are no lines to get in! (Although privacy is a little lacking on the left side, they can enjoy a nice view of the woods while they’re taking care of business.)

Thank you to everyone who has given to Orphan’s Tear’s Special Projects Fund! That little improvement cost only $115 dollars!

For the children,

Elisabeth Walker
Director of Orphan’s Tear

Ahh…nothing like enjoying nature while you’re answering Nature’s Call!
