Disabilities Ministry
“You wipe my tears and fulfill my dream,” Dharamweer gratefully reported. A double-amputee from Northern India, he received a hand-pedaled tricycle in 2016 through generous gifts to the Disabilities Ministry.
Below are just a few of the many testimonies we receive about lives being impacted and transformed by the Disabilities Ministry of Heaven’s Family.

Last stop: Bungoma County, Kenya. I've come to meet John Opar, a Heaven's Family partner and good friend. As a Polio survivor with slight-but-ongoing physical disabilities...
Moving into eastern Uganda, I met up with Victoria Namusisi—a remarkable woman by any standards. For much of her life, Victoria served as a government official in charge of purchasing and acquisitions. But she became disenchanted with the corruption and walked away from a comfortable salary and prestigious position in order to help those less fortunate.
It has been nearly 30 hours since embarking on my journey and I am just now able to catch a few hours rest. My most rewarding experiences, when on the road, are when I experience different cultures, backgrounds, and socio-economic statuses.
Our meeting was pre-arranged. John Opar came highly recommended by a fellow staff member at Heaven's Family, and I was looking forward to meeting him on my upcoming trip to Kenya.
Certain days you hear news that totally wipes you out. Sometimes it's good news that gets your day off to a great start. Other times you are glad you opened that email while still in bed so that you can just quietly close your laptop, pull the covers over your head, and try to shut out the pain.
