I knew there was more to life… More than working long hours, more than a casual relationship with the Lord when it fit my schedule…more. Coming to a place of desperation, I knew something had to change.

In His grace, God led me to the other side of the world to New Zealand, where I participated in a Youth With A Mission (YWAM) Discipleship Training School (DTS). The time I spent with Him there—and away from everything else—healed me in so many ways, including my view of God, my view of myself as His daughter, my view of others, and my view of His world.

Following that time, He gave me the opportunity to serve and build relationships with refugees in Greece and local churches in Turkey. This experience changed my perspective, giving me renewed energy, a desire to live abundantly for Him, and to serve others in this world, reflecting His light.

I am so thankful how God has used my experiences to lead me to Heaven’s Family. My degree in accounting, my CPA certificate, my audit/consulting experience in the non-profit sector, my love of people and relationships, and my YWAM training are all a testimony to His provision and His faithfulness. As He continues to redeem my past, I am excited to see what He will do in my life in the days ahead.

I joined the staff in August 2017 as a Micro-Loan Ministry Financial Associate, and it’s my desire to serve the Lord by serving the “least of these,” glorifying Him with the gifts and experiences He has so richly given me.
