Warda is a new student at Cindi’s Hope

Dear Friends,

This spring while in Nairobi, Kenya, our Heaven’s Family team met a sweet little girl named Warda who, along with her two sisters, now lives at Cindi’s Hope, a refuge for sexually abused children.

Warda’s mom struggled to survive on the mean streets of Nairobi. Essentially abandoned while her mother worked, 8-year-old Warda was subjected to the assaults of evil men, and her sisters were at high risk for the same. Thankfully, she and her sisters were rescued from that environment and now experience security and kindness at their new home, along with the other rescued children. Warda and the others at Cindi’s Hope now go to school and learn life-sustaining skills, such as gardening, beekeeping and raising pigs.

Heaven’s Family has decided to partner with Cindi’s Hope in order to help more sexually abused children. Together, we’re trusting God to provide for a major restoration of their current building so that it can accommodate twenty more children.

We are so excited to be helping Warda and these other children find a future and a hope, despite what has been stolen from them in the past. Stay tuned for future updates about how God is restoring these precious little lives!
