Christine’s Smile Tells Her Healing Story
Christine once suffered from eight different ailments, until your support changed everything
Dear Family,
I am writing today to share an incredible story of healing that your generosity has made possible. Get ready to be inspired!
Meet Christine, a 70-year-old widow from Mubende, Uganda. She reached out to our ministry partner earlier this year, seeking help for numerous health issues. Can you believe she was battling eight different ailments? A toothache, chronic headaches, peptic ulcers, tinnitus, itchy eyes, lower abdominal pain, lower backache, and even pelvic bleeding, which turned out to be uterine prolapse.
But thanks to your generosity, Christine received the medical treatment she needed. And guess what? She has already been healed of five of her illnesses! Can you imagine the relief and joy she feels? Christine gives all credit for her healing to Jesus. She is immensely grateful for your support, which has made all of this possible.
Your faithful monthly gifts are changing lives. Because of you, impoverished women like Christine can access essential medicines for conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, typhoid, and malaria. These treatments provide deliverance from unnecessary pain and suffering, giving these women a better quality of life.
But the work doesn’t stop there. Our dedicated ministry partner continues to support Christine on her healing journey. She is receiving the necessary surgeries and antibiotics to restore her health completely. Additionally, Christine is now part of a discipleship group, where she learns more about Jesus and how she can be a beacon of light in her own community.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering prayers and support for Heaven’s Family’s Widows and Abandoned Women Ministry. You are helping to transform the lives of many women, one precious soul at a time.
Thank you once again for your compassion and dedication. Together, we are spreading the love of Jesus and bringing hope where it is needed most.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Dossie Briggs
Director, Widows & Abandoned Women Ministry
