God Places the Lonely In Families, Sets the Prisoners Free, and Gives Them Joy
How God Turned Juliet’s Affliction into Redemption Through His People
Juliet’s smile shows her gratitude for the helping hand she received to start her small piggery. She has already been able to sell and purchase pigs for profit.
The future looked bright for Juliet. She had recently married a doctor and they were thrilled to be starting their young family. Juliet was overjoyed when the nurse placed her new baby boy in her welcoming arms.
But shortly after the delivery, her joy turned into shock when a nurse informed her that both she and her baby were HIV-positive. “How could that be possible?” she asked herself. She knew she had kept herself for her husband only.
Juliet finally convinced her husband, after many objections, to be tested for HIV. He was positive too. Only then did she find out that he had known all along and never told her.
After several very difficult years in the marriage, Juliet was kicked out of the home by her husband. Around that time, she also discovered that she was pregnant again. Feeling deceived, betrayed, and all alone, as she told us later, “I had no one to help. That’s when I remembered God and I accepted Jesus as King of my life.”
Since then, things have turned around for Juliet. Through your generous gifts and the work of our dedicated ministry partner in Uganda, she now looks to the future with hope. Your provision has given her a way to support herself and her children. Not only did you provide the money for her to raise and sell pigs, but she has also started practicing farming God’s way through Heaven’s Family’s Farming God’s Way (FGW) Ministry. Thanks to the God’s Love Groups that are part of FGW, she receives the fellowship and encouragement she needs. Imagine where Juliet would be today if not for Jesus and His helping hands.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering prayers and support for Heaven’s Family’s Widows and Abandoned Women Ministry. You are helping to transform the lives of many women, one precious soul at a time.
With gratitude,
